How to make a delivery challan online in 3 steps
1. Customer — type the customer's name (and GSTIN or address if you want them printed). Add the vehicle number under Bill Details.
2. Items — add what you sold with quantity and price. GST and totals are worked out automatically.
3. Download & Share — click Download PDF, print it, or share it straight to WhatsApp from your phone.
Your own business details, logo, bank details and signature are entered once and reused on every bill.
Challan without prices
Choose the Delivery Challan document type and the price, tax and total columns are hidden automatically, leaving a clean goods list with quantities — ideal for job work and internal transfers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I print three copies with different labels?
Yes. In Settings tick Original, Duplicate and Triplicate; each prints as a separate page with its label.
Does a delivery challan need an e-way bill?
An e-way bill is needed for most goods movements above ₹50,000. Record the e-way bill number under Bill Details and it prints on the challan.
Can I convert the challan into an invoice later?
Yes. Duplicate the saved challan and change the document type to Tax Invoice; prices and GST appear again.
