Terms of Service
Effective 1 November 2026 · Trinevia Technologies Private Limited
These terms apply when you use Trinevia Billing at invoice.trinevia.com, including the invoice editor, the free tools and the installable app. By using it, you agree to them. They are written in plain words on purpose.
1. The service
Trinevia Billing lets you create invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, estimates, delivery challans and bills of supply, and download them as PDF files or images. It is provided by Trinevia Technologies Private Limited.
It is free. There is no account, no subscription and no payment. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we will try to keep the core of making and downloading bills free.
2. Your bills and your responsibility
- You are responsible for what you put on your bills: your business details, customer details, items, prices, tax rates and tax numbers.
- The app does the arithmetic, such as tax amounts, totals and the amount in words. It does not decide which tax rate or rule applies to your goods or services. Check that with your accountant or tax authority.
- You must have the right to issue the documents you create, and you must not use the service to make false, misleading or fraudulent documents.
3. Your data
Your business details and bills are saved only in your browser on your own device. We do not receive or store them. This also means we cannot recover them for you. Keep the PDFs you download, and use Export in Settings to keep backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not try to break, overload or misuse the website, copy it to pass it off as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Our content
The website, the app, the templates and the Trinevia Billing name and logo belong to Trinevia Technologies Private Limited. The documents you create with it are yours to use for your business.
6. No warranty
We work hard to keep Trinevia Billing accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will always work, be error-free, or meet every legal requirement for invoices in your country.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Trinevia Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any loss arising from the use of Trinevia Billing, including lost data, lost profits, tax penalties or mistakes on documents you issue. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to zero rupees where the law allows such a limit.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.
